I just started working for them and it's a great crew to work with. They provide great service for a great price. Unlike a lot of companies I've worked for.
Spent an hour and 45 minutes working on an ice machine of ours. Also, the guy they sent complained about his job the whole time. They tried to charge us for 3.5 hours and mileage. I could understand 2 hours and mileage. They only knocked off half an hour. I'd avoid these guys, unprofessional.
Just had my furnace repaired by Thompson's yesterday (11/16/11). Called them at around 8:30am, and they had one of their serviceman there within an hour to repair it. I am very pleased with the service I received from Thompson's. I would highly recommend them.
