I've been in many gyms across the country and this is hands down the cleanest. Great variety of equipment and friendly staff. Best 24 hr gym in Watertown.

I actually miss this gym...i didn't appreciate how great it actually is when i had to live in watertown....but pretty much every machine/piece of equipment you would ever need (has my favorite kickback machine too!) quality squat racks, TRX, kettlebells, and of course all the other typical equipment most gyms have. they have rooms with floor space for stretching and lunges and burpees and such. ...i have been in cleaner gyms....but they do a good job of keeping it clean, ...i'm just REALLY picky.... it's rarely busy... i did hate that it's on two levels and i would have to walk up stairs to go back and forth between stuff, but not that big of a deal. has showers, tables to put your water bottle so its not in the way (on both floors) if you have to be in watertown..(i'm so sorry for you) but if you have to be in watertown....The Gym really is a gem... :-)
