I contacted this office was answered by a snotty woman (who didn't give her name) and asked about purchasing a wheelchair. She immediately put me on hold and had me wait. 2 minutes later she asked if I was still there and then told me the person who handles that is out of the office. Didn't offer another sales person so their must be only 1 salesperson who work there? I guess they have so much business, they can afford to lose a call!
Jay and the rest of the staff are great to work with! As a physical therapist, I recommend them for any bracing or other equipment needs that patient may have. Midwest Medical Service has also generously donated items to meet the needs of patients we have on our biannual mission trip to San Lucas Toliman, Guatemala. Top Notch!
