Do not go to the store in Watertown SD. They are so disorganized and have no clue what needs to be done when it comes to sizing a ring.I mean how can you screw up sizing a ring people!!!
My original plan was to go to Zales and purchase a replacement chain for my necklace. That was the worst plan/decision ever! Zale's costumer services was horrific. I left Zale's due to the extremely poor costumer service I received. I went to Riddle's Jewelry which is happens to be directly across from Zale's.
Keep up the good work Riddle's Jewelry! Hopefully your excellent customer service skills will rub off on Zale's (highly doubtful).
We have went to a handfull of other jewelry stores looking for the perfect ring. Today I can say I found it at Riddles. None of the other stores we went to can compare to Scott and his associates at Riddles. They have beautiful engagement rings, a great staff and even better prices.
Riddle's Jewelry costumer service was excellent. They greeted me and asked what they could help with. I explained I was needed a replacement chain for my necklace. She gave me pricing options and different types of replacement chain options. Extremely helpful! I purchased my replacement chain and was given a free cleaning on my necklace pendent. I would recommend Riddle's Jewelry.
