I drove 50 miles round trip to Watertown with an employee to apply for a social security card arriving at 1pm and the office was closed. This was despite checking beforehand online the opening hours 9am - 4pm. I waited for an hour in case it was a late lunch tried again at 2pm still closed. Why would an office be closed when it clearly states as being open? Frustrated, gas & time wasting exercise.
