I built a 1611 sq. ft. two story home on a 25' x 100' infill lot in the historic downtown of Martinez, California. Sound like a challenge, it was in terms of getting planning approvals and other routine red tape. With regard to Enercept and the building of SIP home, easy as "duck soup". They are professional and competent, the technical support, when needed, is first class, price and delivery spot on. The trucker actually called me every day to let me know where he was and that we were on schedule. He arrived at the appointed hour and four of us had the truck and trailer unloaded in half a day. The complete package including the 38' long laminated ridge beam was all there, numbered and ready to go. Myself and two labors raised the building shell, including the roof, in two weeks. All the material was staged in the garage and the two story house was raised from there using only hand operated lifting equipment in two weeks. Unbelievable, experience convincing me that SIP is the only way to build a structure. The only way to go, can't say enough regarding Enercept and their product, they are the best!
