Great service. Real nice people helped me with everything I needed
My grandparents went in to see if their services would be cheaper if they switched to Verizon. The sales rep claimed they would be. First month was over $400, and the months thereafter will be more expensive than what they were on originally. They also gave them an unnecessary tablet (which they are paying for) to serve as a replacement for their WiFi. On their plan (which is shared between 2 phones and now their home wifi), they only have enough data per month to watch approximately 1 hour of HD video before they will be charged an overage fee and run out of data for the month. The sales rep knowingly took advantage of the fact that my grandparents don't know how the technology works and now they are locked in to a 2 year contract and can't do anything about it. WARN everyone to tell their elderly family members to not do business with Verizon or to help them with this process before they are stuck paying a ridiculous amount of money every month for the next 2 years. My grandparents don't have the funds to keep paying what they are being charged, so I don't know what they are going to do.
Went to upgrade 3 phones waited patiently in line for 20-30 minutes. They were busy. Totally understand.... 2 people walked in and we're there for 3-5 minutes and they were helped before us. Seriously thinking of switching companies because of this. Horrible customer service....
Was not welcoming at all by employees. When talking to the employee helping me today I asked a question and the other employee laughed. Will not go back.
