Our family is absolutely disgusted with the way that they treated not only our animal but us as people putting our dog to sleep. The treatment of our dog was horrible while the process happened and after. We have had another dog put to sleep and it was nothing like that, they were gentle and patient with us. Here they got us in and out as fast as they could. Horrible experience. If you are going to put your dog to sleep, don’t do it here.
Takes 20 minutes to pick up dog food even if you call it in to be ready. Gone to that clinic for 20 years and they still have to ask my name every time I come in, the assistants they have lately don't know they're ass from a hole in the ground and don't bother to find out an answer for you or pull one out of their ass. Customer service is lacking in the office. Never had a dog make it out alive. Have to drag a dog in there after the first visit that tells you something happened to them there, kennel room stinks clear out to the front counter. Will never take a dog there for anything big. Good for large animal calls.
Best vet in town. Great staff and very knologeable
They are a good vet clinic for many different kinds of animals. We have brought our Yorkshire Terrier there many times with positive results. They are available for overnight stays, and do a good job keeping people involved.
Very nice, caring staff at Lake Area Vet Clinic. Reasonably priced also, we had our Shihtzu Laci there for 3 days until she passed away. Even though she was hooked up to an IV and on an antibiotic, it was very reasonably priced. We always take our animals there
