Always helpful
Terrible, I just called for some car parts and I was told if I wanted to know stop in and check it out then I can see what they offer and the prices for myself... Seriously, why should I drive 2-hours just to go to there store to look to see how much parts are going to cost me, I will buy elsewhere that is willing to tell me the cost of parts before I leave to go get them.
Terrible. First off, they gave us the wrong battery. Went in awhile later on and asked if we could return the battery for the right one, guy says yes. So next day we bring in the wrong battery that they sold us and another guy says oh sorry it's been too long so you can't return it even after he realizes they sold us the wrong battery in the first place. We decided were done with O'Reilly's after that whole deal and headed onto Auto Zone and they swapped out the wrong battery you sold us for the right one on top of a 30% discount.
