The shop got a little backed up and it took awhile to get to my vehicle. However, Jake, Ryan's Service Mgr, was great and kept me informed. I thought I would need to leave it overnight but Jake called late in the day, explained what the issue was and actually delivered my vehicle directly to my home all at no charge. It doesn't get any better than that folks.
I was driving through the area when the rear end of my car went out. Brought it to Service Plus, and Jacob got my car in and fixed within 24 hours. Absolutely spectacular service. Had me on my way by the next morning!
