It was quick and I didn't have to get out of my car. The bad....it costed me $103 for an oil change. That was the first and last time. Lesson learned.
Why do I continue to go here? Very salesy environment, they try to sell you on everything and when I go to leave they forgot to do two things and said I can't use the free car wash because I have a grill guard!
i call ahead to double check hours and how late they took customers/whether i needed an appointment. was told open until 7pm and first come first serve. drove 60 miles one way out of my way to arrive at 5:58pm and watched them lock the doors. refused to even acknowledge i was there. thank goodness for the ford quicklube up the block open THEIR actual hours or there would've been even more hell to pay. after reading the last review, sounds like I avoided some hamfisted nitwit who doesn't even listen to what's being asked on the phone, from tightening all of my fasteners with an air gun or whatever it is to ruin the last poor lady's oil pan.
