I bought a 3 station taping table from The Athletic Edge (which is owned by Pivotal Health Solutions) from Henry Schein. Asides from being delivered 6 weeks late, the bench that I received was not what I ordered. The specifications for the taping bench on their website was not what I was shipped. I contacted my Henry Schein representative who in turn contacted The Athletic Edge. The Athletic Edge insisted this was exactly what I ordered and they were completely unwilling to work with me. We went back and forth for 3 months and was ultimately told they were not taking it back. Unbelievable. Absolutely no customer service. Never ever use them!
These guys get "It" from service to sales to customer service.. they know how to deliver and super fast shipping.... They took VIP like care of me and my team. I will continue to do business with the professional staff here.!!! You can thank me later after dealing with this crew.
This is the kind of company that many businesses are becoming. Companies that are not there to serve but to take advantage of customers. I found Robin to be difficult to deal with & when did get the table it was defective. You see they simply don't care. A lack of quality control, how does a manufacturer put a table together that is not level. This company is the IKEA of chiropractic tables, cheap!
Terrible customer service. I have multiple products (Apollo laser and a couple ErgoStyle tables) from them and they are the only pieces of equipment in my office that I have problems with. Sent some of the items in for repair and paid hundreds of dollars to not even fix the problem. They have no interest in making it right and just want to keep taking money for more repairs. Definitely would not buy another piece of equipment from them.
