The lady working the front-desk checked us in with no problems. I forgot my razor and shaving cream and they had complimentary ones I could use.
We got a suite which was worth every penny! HUGE room. Breakfast was delicious, loved that they had fresh fruit, whipped cream and chocolate chips for waffle toppings. Rooms are new and well appointed. Really no complaints.
The staff:
Amazing staff, very clean rooms and great hot breakfast. As Hilton Honor member I was sent early check-in and had option to select room. Will definitely stay here again.
The room:
This is a nice hotel. All the staff were very friendly. I definitely recommend this hotel for a good night stay.

General Amenities:
The location was great. If you want downtown, you could find somewhere else (probably a 10 min drive). It's very close to the Redlin Art Center. It's within walking distance of Walmart and a lot of restaurants, fast/food, and Starbucks.
WiFi wasn't the greatest, but managed for the most part (you can pay for premium). There was a basic pool (didn't use it so no comment). The breakfast area looks nice and breakfast was good for a complimentary (nothing to blow you away).
The bed was firm, but still comfortable for me. The pillows are kind of airy feeling. We had a single king-size bed and a couch in the room. The room also had a desk with a lamp on it, a mini-fridge, and a microwave. There was also a light on each side of the bed and a standing lamp in the corner of the room (no worries about lights). The TV was on the smaller size.
